Chasing The Horizon

The horizon is the boundary of our vision not the limit of our dreams. Go on, chase the horizon, for just as surely as you will not catch it, so shall you find adventure.

Some Day 3 Photos

Here are some photos from day three. The captions are below the photos. You can click on the photos to enlarge them.

This is Blanca Peak, elevation 14,345 ft on the south end of the Sangre De Christo Mountains taken from a field of yellow flowers along State Route 160 near Fort Garland.

This is a peak in the San Juan Mountains above the tree line near Wolf Creek Pass. I think it is Montezuma Peak elevation 13,150 ft

This photo was taken along State Route 160 between La Veta, Co and the La Veta Pass which is up in those hills. The elevation of the pass is 9,413 ft. I passed through it at a little over 70 MPH and did not realize until I started to go down again that I had crossed over the pass.
